Ink supplies indicators can be notoriously inaccurate. Infoprint has come across many instances where indicators showing ink empty still have a considerable amount of ink in the cartridges and indicators showing that ink is remaining are actually empty! Cartridge Green always recommends to our customers that the best indicator of when a cartridge is running low is a physical deterioration in the print quality on the page that is printed. When you notice this, bring the cartridge to us immediately and do not continue to print as to do so may damage the print head irreparably. Infoprint can also advise customers on how to override ink supplies indicators on your printer to ensure a message does not continuously appear on your screen about low ink levels.
